Meet your Massage Therapist
I’m Gage, a licensed massage therapist for over 8 years, dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live more comfortably. I graduated with high honors from the Cortiva Institute in Joliet, where I received advanced training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology. My professional journey has been further shaped by working alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists, and physical therapists, allowing me to integrate a collaborative, results-focused approach into every session.
My areas of specialization include Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, and Myofascial Release, along with advanced modalities such as Cupping, Gua Sha (manual scraping), Foot Reflexology, Frozen Shoulder Therapy, Forward Head Posture Correction, Tech Neck Relief, Aromatherapy, Endocannabinoid Healing, and Contrast Therapy. I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of conditions, and my approach blends skilled bodywork with education, helping you better understand your body and participate actively in your own healing process.
At the core of my work is a deep commitment to health, wellness, and meaningful human connection. I value the trust my clients place in me and continually learn from the unique needs and experiences of those I serve. Each session is guided by intention, compassion, and the belief that thoughtful touch can restore comfort, mobility, and balance.
My goal is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to empower you with tools and knowledge for long-term, sustainable health, so that over time, you need fewer sessions because your body is functioning at its best.
Outside the treatment room, you’ll find me embracing life with the same creativity and energy I bring to my work, whether that’s spending time with my family, singing karaoke, dancing, or sharing fire arts with friends and family. Because wellness isn’t just about healing, it’s about living fully.
