Service Description
A guided, therapist-assisted treatment that gently moves the body through targeted stretches. This session helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance range of motion while supporting overall mobility. It is ideal for relieving stiffness, promoting circulation, and leaving the body feeling relaxed, lengthened, and restored.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged the full price of your session. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. I agree to be courteous and give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation of the appointment less than 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the total service. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered for appointments rescheduled within 24 hours, provided the appointment is rebooked within 7 days of the original appointment. This courtesy is extended once per every 6 months. Late cancellations or reschedules beyond this courtesy will be charged in full. No shows will result in a charge of 100% of the total service and require pre-payment upon next booking. By booking this appointment, you agree to the cancellation policies. Please be considerate and stay home if you are sick or are experiencing any visible symptoms. If you show to your session with any visible symptoms, you will be sent home and charged the cancellation fee.
