Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All appointments purchased from this package, must be scheduled within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged the full price of your session. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. I agree to be courteous and give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation of the appointment less than 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the total service. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered for appointments rescheduled within 24 hours, provided the appointment is rebooked within 7 days of the original appointment. This courtesy is extended once per every 6 months. Late cancellations or reschedules beyond this courtesy will be charged in full. No shows will result in a charge of 100% of the total service and require pre-payment upon next booking. By booking this appointment, you agree to the cancellation policies. Please be considerate and stay home if you are sick or are experiencing any visible symptoms. If you show to your session with any visible symptoms, you will be sent home and charged the cancellation fee. Package Appointments: Appointments booked using a prepaid massage package do not have a 24-hour cancellation requirement. We understand that plans can change, and you may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. However, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment so that we have an opportunity to offer that time to another client. Package Appointments No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and no call, text, message, or other notice is provided, the appointment will be considered a no-show. The corresponding session will be forfeited and marked as “used” on your package balance. Providing any notice before your appointment will prevent the session from being forfeited.
